According to our friends over at badablog.it, Samsung has made a few changes to the terms of Samsung Apps. The most notable change deals with VOIP applications like Skype. Samsung has informed us that you are now able to host VoIP apps from Samsung Apps.
Requirements for registering VoIP Application
- Contents with VoIP services is available only in permitted countries.
- Countries WHERE VoIP is allowed: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland
Russian Federation, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, Viet Nam.
Samsung has left out Italy, England, France, Spain, and Portugal because some agreement issues with various countries. I am sure that in the near-future, those issues will be solved.

I don’t understand why the didn’t include Greece among the countries allowing VoIP.
There are VoIP apps for other platforms.
HEY WHY CANT I USE FRING IN MY WAVE 525 FOR FREE CALLING??? I USED IT WITH MY NOKIA N70 BUT CANT WITH THIS ..PLEASE SEND ME A SUITABLE SOFTWARE TO MAKE FREE VOIP CALL..
