Picsel UK , a manufacturer of business productivity applications, today announced the launch of the new version of Smart Office version 1.5 for Bada smartphones .

The newer version of the program allows working on an  Office document (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) and reading PDF documents with an better performance because of pre-rendering in  the phone memory.This application can view, edit and create documents.

Cross-platform support  is one of the best things about Smart Office 1.5. It supports iOS ,Android and Symbian as well apart from Bada.Another new feature is the ability to upload files to the Dropbox, to allow other people to access existing files from other devices. This means that you create and upload a file on your Samsung Wave and your friend can see and edit it on his HTC Desire .Support for Google Docs syncing is also coming soon in upcoming version upgrades.

Moreover, the latest version of Smart Office will also be able to handle formatting of numbers and calculations in Excel, open a document from an attachment post, edit your PowerPoint slides and will introduce the “undo”.

The product supports all office versions till office 2010..
