cannot open my app store

hi there new to this forum

looking for some help with this, when i try to launch my samsung app store it tells me that i dont not have enough memory and to delete some items and comes up an error code OXFFOE but i have nothing on the phone at all and got plenty of memory and also tried putting a memory card in it but still the same, also tried plugging it into my computer to see if it needed updated but said that it could not be updated.

I had phoned samsung today and they said i have to take it to a samsung approved dealer to get updated but they need to send it away.

hi there how would you reboot your phone??? im sure i factory reset the phone but it made no difference at all i plugged it into the computer to try update it my self but it said that the firmware could not be updated im puzzled

rebooting is the same as shutting your phone off and back on.
and are you on wifi ???
and do you have an samsung apps account ??
and did you in the past managed to open the app store ???

only my error is 0xff15

Until now there is no solution this problem, hard reset don´t remove it. Some discussion about this is here.
