bada 1.2 limitation in message sender no.

hey all,
I flashed my wave yesterday to bada 1.2 JL2 and I was pretty impressed with the speed and the overall performance.

I love messaging and do lots of texting. so I tried entering more than ten no in the recipient field but it is not allowing more than ten no at a time in the recipient field.

I was able to add more than ten no in bada1.0 jg1.

This is the I found in the1.2 version. please do share if you have found any limitations like this.

in smart search option you can search only the content in phone not in internet.these limitations are just in leaked versions,if you get official version,these will be eliminated. keep waiting..just as i do... :hang

to add more than 10 recepients , we have to edit system files using stunes. I don't remember name of exact file but it can be done easily

i am going to tell you how to increase it

frst open Stunes
then connect your phone in KIES mode
close the kies if it opens up or if you have already opened
then click auto connect in the stunes
then go to browser tab in the stunes
after that go in registry
select "MsgSetting.ini" and paste to the desktop
open "MsgSetting.ini" with notepad
then after you open it search for this line "SMS_RCPT_MAX_COUNT=10"
change the amount of number "10" to your own number for example mine is "SMS_RCPT_MAX_COUNT=40"
and then after you have made the changes save it
after saving drag the file the stune!
done

try it a few more times also disconnect your phone start stune again and copy the msgsett.ini file to desktop and see if the change value is saved........i tried 3 times before it worked

I have tried about 10 times and also msgsetting.ini is saved with new value.

i have slso seen one more msgset.ini file in the subtab"default" change that also and let me know.......i dont remember exactly where it was but it was somewhere around the registry tab only

Hello

I have the same problem with Samsung Wave 3. I VERY CLEARLY remember sending upto 100 messages in a go when I first bought this phone (a week back), but I don't remember how. I can't send more than 10 now.

I tried using Stunes and when click 'Registry'nothing comes up in the right hand pane, screenprint attached, any thoughts?
