I have wave 8500 with bada 2.
I get 3 to 4 days battery life.

1) Ensure Wi-Fi is switched off!
2) Ensure Bluetooth is switched off!
3) Go to Settings - Network:
Use packet-data = Yes
Data roaming = No
Network Mode = Select GSM 900/1800 (this won't affect your phone's performace)
4) Go to Location = Off
5) Go to Settings - Display:
Brightness = 6
Backlit time = 15 seconds
Battery precentage = Off
6) Do not use an active screensaver.
7) Do not use active wallpaper.

yeah i do almost al those stuff, i do use battery percentage but i can't see how much i have left properly without it, it's nog like bada 1.*, but my battery lasts 1 day if i'm lucky, i even recharge my phone every night and another time around the afternoon.
perhaps it's because i use XXKF7, if so, i will flash again to official firmware from my country, if bada 2.0 is released in the nederlands though.

I had significant difference (1 full day) between JL2 and KF3 - so hopefully the official 2.0 will bring back the missing day and I can enjoy a 3 days charge...

Allow me to correct myself - switch "Use packet data" OFF! :oops:

In my case, the only problem was 3G connection. Set the network to GSM and now my battery life is the same as in v1.2
