Yeah that's the new way of getting apps from SamsungApps and I love it. I had made a video on that too but before I could upload it I accidentally deleted it. :p

The name of the theme is pattern lockscreen. Do one thing, go to SamsungApps, then themes, sort by highest rating and view only free themes. With these filter settings the theme shall appear.
