How to recognize your XXKL6 firmware through KIES

Just want to share this trick to everyone. Not sure if someone posted it here already, if yes please close this thread. Here goes:

*NOTE backup first all your messages and contacts because this will reinstall your firmware.

1. If you are flashing XXKL6 for the first time, good for you because after you apply this trick(for those who already flashed) it will delete all your installed apps. just download it again through KIES.

2. Input this code: *#5239870*#

3. Then select “Pre-Configuration”

4. Then input *#27236*# and confirm. Select XEO.

5. Wait for the installation and your phone will restart.

6. Connect to kies. You’ll see that kies will prompt you “This is the latest Firmware”.

My phone does not show "XEO". It has only KOR,IRD,ORS,XEH,XEZ. what should i do?

was your firmware a custom rom? I downloaded the firmware from this thread

choose xeh for wave 2 and xeo for wave 1

its working but why i couldnt find my city in the weather widget

I'm from Belgium, so when an update comes out.. won't it upgrade then to the XEO (poland?) version instead of the one for my region?

I also have problem with weather widget after changing csc to XEH...
