I noticed when someone sends me a SMS. My Wave shows the sender phone number prefixed by the country code (+65 in my case) and sometimes it doesn't. The problems caused by this:
1.) the SMS messages are listed in two separate conversations
2.) when this person calls, sometimes I see her Contact photo and sometimes I don't

I didn't have this problem in Bada 1.2. Anyone else have same problem in S8500XPKH1?

I have that problem with v1.2, flashed my phone with a German rom to get SHP and all messages and phonecalls start with my country code (+27 for south africa) so I think it has to do with using a rom meant for a different country. I think changing the country code in the rom should fix it but don't quote me on it. Another quick fix is when you get a message with the country code, select that number and choose update exisiting contact, then add it as a second number, then you will get the contact name and pic showing up, it is a bit of a mission though

The phone log in Bada 2 is really annoying. Will Samsung put back the old Bada 1.x log?

Well.. there is a full screen opera mini which works very nice on bada 2.0.
i have full screen opera mini 6, ucweb, opera mini 4.2 and gmail app and gmap etc. all fullscreen without those annoying virtual keypad.

Hey Guys solved the problem i was having with my phone with sms only coming up with the country code +61 & not the persons name which is entered into contacts listings.Firmware iam using is S8500XPKH1
Was reading the CSC Changing Guide Under "Bada Firmware" heading which changes the country area setup I was orignally using Kor = Korea for my code,cos im in Australia, But then tried XEU = United Kingdom & Everything has gone back to normal again,The correct Name comes up when sms'd by person in contacts list as well as doesnt show up as +61 area code.I used method 2,which i didnt have to reflash,only thing is you lose all contacts & saved data on phone which i re entered via Kies & i didnt have to remove the memory card either,So hopefully this helps other people with the same problem as i had.....Good Luck!!!!!!

I've tried them all:
KG5 was hopeless
KG6 was hopeless
KG7 was a tiny bit less hopeless
and this new senstional "upgrade" is even worse than any of the others: bluescreen, bluescreen, bluescreen, Upload to PC, Upload to PC and Upload to PC.

...and don't even dare to try to download and use any "old" app from Samsung Apps.

firstly nobody asked u to flash.....u did it urself
secondly did u set debug level low?? im using kh1 and i havnt experienced a single crash or blue screen
