Has anybody dared to flash their S8500/S8530 with this new firmware?

I dont mind doing it but iam sure its not worth trying it ! Because currently we have no info about the chipsets and the processor is also diff. so it might not work properly.

Well, i was think to bet with myself and flash my wave II with this firmware.
But, i use my wave as a main phone so i can't do it untill i got another phone to replace it when i brick it.

I just think, maybe we could leave some file from wave 3 roms like "bootfiles". I mean using our wave 1 or wave 2 bootfiles. Because "bootfiles" is the sensitive one when we are flashing our wave. It's just what i think but have not try it yet.

The reason why Bada beta ROMs were not being released by SAMFIRMWARE (as mentioned by them) was because Samsung wanted to control BADA ROMS right?

Then how did it allow ROM for S8600?

I somehow have a feeling that SAMSUNG has deserted S8500. Otherwise, people will be happy with S8500 and will never move on. If BADA 2.0 is available only on S8600, folks at S8600 will leave S8500 and buy the new ones.

Think of it. These people survive only on such tactics. new phones survive only on people like us who want the best available.

well i think this is an official bada 2.0 rom...that's what i think. Because, they didn't said this is "beta" rom like they released the beta rom before. It's doesn't matter because wave 3 is not launch yet globally.
