I've got the same question. I want to make a hard reset but i don't want to lose all my prescious text messages.. Help!!

i think this feature has been removed on Kies 2...

you can do back up on memory card,, then can transfer to pc, it will just like skies back up,,,

I have tried backing up to memory card but it will only do about half of the 900 or so texts I have. Any other way?

i too lost half of my txt msgs by backing up to memory card. now i reinstall old kies whenever i want to make a backup or restore
