Where can I download Multiloader?

I was trying to find multiloader to flash my wave but failed to find any working link, only many broken or file does not exist ones. Can anyone help?

http://samfirmware.com/ they have so many firmwares and tools used for flashing..but you have to register first..but its worth it.
