Wave 723 Charging Problem!

I recently bought a Wave 723 (GT-S7233E Software version: BADA 1.1 1010212140PRTS723EJPJJ5). First days there was no problem.
But in recent days with the battery charge amount display facing strange problem. When I connect the charger or PC to the phone, then I separated from, the Low Battery message display, and some disable phone features occur.
when I turn off my phone and turn it on again, battery status display about 60%.
What in fact be full or empty phone charge, battery status are about 60%.
When I use the code * # 0228 # I come back the same situation.
Once I flash my phone but did not solve the problem.
also change battery and charger, but not solved. (problem is on phone)

is this a software or hardware problem? and how I can solve it? (my phone have no garanty in my country, please help me.)

I think all wave 723 in middle east have this problem! (I flashed my phone to last relessed europ firmware, but not solved!)

Hi apr1987.
I'm surprisingly facing the same problem with my Wave 723
(software : bada 1.1 1011261306PRTS723EJPJK2).
That happened to me after about 5 days of use. Before everything was fine and i liked my hanset well.
My phone is covered by warranty (Meditel, Morocco), but i preffer to see if something else could be done before bringing it to wartanty service as ultimate solution, since i think it will take tooo long to get it repaird or replaced!

Now, i'm using it (with only the 60% battery indication) and i think it works normal. Battery level doesn't drop as fast as i was expecting.

Wanna ask you a question, did you last use any samsung secret codes in your phone like *#7092463*# or maipulate any secret menu before that problem happened?

Hope finaly someone could help us andavoid me to wait long and long for warranty service.

Any idea is wellcome.

I'm not sure, but I think I used some secret code, I think it was *#7092463*# .
Also I saw at least 4 other person that having this problem.
Don't use flashing or full reset for solving this problem, I tested these before, and not solved.
I'm sure that it is a software bug, because if it be a Hardware problem (e.g: broken power chip) it can take effect on phone performance, but all thing work fine except Battery status display.
my phone don't have warranty, even if you repair your phone by warranty, please give me any news about this problem.

i'll have to leave my new handset for some time to get repaired
meanwhile, i'll return look in trash for my old nokia :-/

This bada OS was a high risk to go. But too late !

i just came back home now, i was at samsung service centre, they told me that it will take about 10 days to solve this issue, i asked them if they know anything about this problem but they have no idea about it, i am waiting now :S:S

really now i regret about my decision for buying samsung cell phone ... they must help users to solve these stupid issues that appear because of their stupid phones, nokia was a better decision for me :S:S:S
