Future of AMOLED displays looks promising

If this picture is any indication as to where Samsung is heading with their AMOLED display technology then I cannot wait any longer! If you think the displays are beautiful now, wait until you start seeing folding, flexible, and transparent displays. Yes you read that right…folding, flexible, and transparent displays.

The future of the display is no longer a flat piece of glass with pixels in it, it is a 14″ transparent display or a foldable display that can be used as a watch and then transform into a “newspaper” which can then turn into a smartphone. I am not one to question the future because if you go back just 10 years, most people were still using dial up internet but these new displays are just cool. No other words can describe it. Samsung Wave: Over 1 Million Units Sold

Samsung WaveSamsung Wave is a great phone and it seems that Samsung Wave has big succes.Samsung Wave is available with the new operating system from samsung,The Bada.I like the new Samsung Wave is a great phone. The innovative Wave Samsung has surpassed one million units sold worldwide in just four weeks since its launch on June 1, 2010.Most of these, marketed in Europe and Asia. Only in South Korea 300 000 units were sold.It seems that Samsung Wave sold over 1 million units.

This phone was the first to be launched with the new operating system from Samsung, the Bada, which is a challenge of this South Korean company to what they consider is the future of mobile phones, smartphones. Therefore it is given the task of creating this OS, and applications to meet all needs.I like the new Samsung Wave.

Its main feature is its innovative AMOLED technology, which offers a new experience in mobile screens. Offers a wider angle of visibility and less reflection. Its powerful processor and graphics applications provide a user interface quickly and smoothly. It seems that the new operating system from Samsung Wave is a good opponent for Android.

Intomobile mentions that all these features, and others, such as price, are the reason it has been well received by the public. Meanwhile see if your store application Badaya he became a good opponent for Google Android.I like the new Samsung Wave and it seems that Samsung Wave has big succes.

Samsung Wave vs iPhone 4

A guest post written by Rison Simon.

Lets face it. Samsung and Apple are two companies who have made a mark in the mobile industry. Samsung with millions of pieces sold, have all ready reached 2nd spot in Europe. Apple with only one phone – iPhone, has shown the world what a phone could do. So the battle between Bada and iPhone is the battle between the giants. In one way, this battle is also between Samsung Wave and iPhone 4. So let the battle begin.

First the Samsung Bada

samsung S8500The most discussed topic about the Samsung’s bada is its UI. The reason for this is since bada offers a pleasant user experience with the a refreshing UI. Samsung has only begun its journey with bada phones with Samsung Wave. So its hard to tell if bada will make a mark in mobile OS industry. With the responses got from the users of Samsung Wave, it may happen. At the time of writing this post, Wave is yet to be released in America. This is one of the reasons bada’s market is not fully tested. Samsung released bada with vision “Smartphone for everyone”, which means Samsung intends to provide cheaper smartphones. So far only one bada phone has been released, Samsung Wave. But Wave 2 and Wave 2 pro are set to release. Samsung also plans to release more bada phones in 2010. As I said earlier, it is not possible to determine the success of an OS just months from its release. We will have to wait till more bada phones are released. So far the road for bada has been easy.
With so many developers all around the world, the number of apps is constantly nourishing. This dynamic nature of bada can help its success. The fate of bada is also in the hands of these developers.
